If you need to modify your order, please contact our support team at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can only make changes if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please include your order number in your email for faster assistance.

To change your shipping address, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number and the new shipping address. Address changes are only possible if the order hasn’t been shipped. Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

We currently do not offer same-day delivery. Our standard shipping time for US orders is 7-12 business days, as we ship from multiple warehouses located in China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and California.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number and reason for refund
  3. Follow the return instructions provided by our team
