All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship from our warehouses located in China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and California. The shipping method and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the warehouse from which your order is dispatched.

United States Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days (where available)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 for US customers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s progress on our website or the carrier’s website.

International Orders

For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and vary depending on your country’s regulations.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries due to local regulations.
