Return Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received them.
- Products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Certain items, such as sale items, personal care products, and custom-made items, may not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
International Returns
Our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders. However, please note:
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Provide a detailed description of the issue and photos of the damaged/defective item.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by law.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit of equal value. Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance with gift returns.
